Work: I teach a range of yoga styles, offering variety and diversity within my classes. With a strong knowledge of anatomy, guaranteed to keep you safe in your practise and offer you adaptations of movement through class where needed. I believe yoga is for everyone, but one size does not fit all. I teach small group classes of up to 6 people or 1:1 and 2:1 sessions privately. These can all be offered from a Studio in Harrogate or from the comfort of your own home. I also have several weekly online classes and an on-demand library too.
