Work: Claudia Brown is a yoga teacher based in Cheshire but is a proud Cumbrian. She is the resident yoga teacher at Sheffield Wednesday FC and Port Vale FC and has worked with West Bromwich Albion Football Club first team, Doncaster Rovers Football Club squad and is currently at Port Vale FC. Claudia has completed the Yoga for Athletes and Sport accreditation as well as The Body Aligned - Yoga, Functional Anatomy and Injury and has assisted Sarah assessing teachers on her courses and at the national yoga trade shows. She is also trained in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and has spent time at Oxford University studying Mindfulness.
